Welcome to Prem Six Line. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Prem Six Line platform. By accessing, browsing, or using this platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.
1. Platform Overview
Prem Six Line is a cricket-focused digital platform designed to facilitate a Fixed Price Player Claim System for local tournaments, community leagues, and grassroots cricket events. The platform enables organizers to list players with predefined prices and allows participants to claim players on a first successful payment basis.
Prem Six Line is strictly a player claim and support platform. It does not provide betting, gambling, odds, wagering, or result-based payouts. The platform is not linked to match results, player performance, or tournament outcomes.
2. Eligibility to Use the Platform
To use Prem Six Line, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with local laws, regulations, and cricket association guidelines applicable in their jurisdiction.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, users may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity performed through your account will be deemed to have been performed by you. Prem Six Line shall not be responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
4. Player Listings
All player listings on Prem Six Line are created by tournament organizers. Each player is assigned a fixed price prior to the claim process. Prices are visible, transparent, and remain unchanged throughout the claiming period.
Prem Six Line does not control, verify, or guarantee player skill levels, availability, performance, or participation in any match or tournament.
5. Fixed Price – First Claim Rule
Prem Six Line operates strictly on a first successful payment wins basis. When multiple users attempt to claim the same player, the system automatically assigns the player to the user whose payment is completed successfully first.
Once a player is claimed, the listing becomes unavailable to others. This process is automated and final. No manual overrides or negotiations are permitted.
6. Payments
All payments made on Prem Six Line are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Users agree to provide valid payment information and authorize transactions for player claims.
Prem Six Line does not store sensitive payment details such as card numbers or UPI PINs. Payment confirmation is required for a successful player claim.
7. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital and instant nature of player claims, all payments are final and non-refundable. Once a player is claimed successfully, the transaction cannot be reversed, canceled, or transferred.
Users are advised to review player details carefully before completing payment.
8. User Conduct
Users agree not to misuse the platform in any manner. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:
- Attempting to manipulate player claims or pricing
- Using automated tools or bots
- Providing false or misleading information
- Engaging in abusive or disruptive behavior
Prem Six Line reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.
9. Platform Availability
Prem Six Line aims to maintain uninterrupted access to the platform; however, we do not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.
10. Limitation of Liability
Prem Six Line shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the platform
- Player performance or non-participation
- Payment gateway failures
- Tournament cancellations or disputes
11. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, logos, and system design are the intellectual property of Prem Six Line. Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited.
12. Termination
Prem Six Line reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform without prior notice if a user violates these terms or engages in unlawful or unethical behavior.
13. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts only.
